Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (food, groceries, supplements)
- Personal care items (opened or used)
- Gift cards and downloadable products
Return Process
To start a return:

- We will provide return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
